A warranty you cannot find in your paperwork is not much of a warranty. Here is what ours covers and how it works.
We warrant the work we install — the flashing, the details, the seams and the finish. The length and terms for your specific project are stated in writing in your proposal and your final paperwork, so you always know exactly what you are holding.
The materials themselves — shingles, metal panels, siding, solar equipment — carry the manufacturer's warranty. We register the system with the manufacturer where the program allows, so the coverage is in your name and not just ours.
Defects in the installation and materials we supplied, on the scope of work we performed. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and make it right.
Storm and hail damage, damage from other trades or from work done on the roof after we leave, lack of normal maintenance, and issues with parts of the home outside our scope. Storm damage is usually an insurance matter, and we will walk you through it.
Send us a note with your address and what you are seeing.
Someone from the team comes out to inspect it in person.
If it is our work, we repair or replace it under the warranty.
